Scheduling Your Project
A 50% deposit secures your spot on our schedule, and a receipt will be sent to your address.

Material Selection
You’ll review and sign off on a material selection sheet to ensure everything matches your vision.

Ongoing Communication
Your Project Manager will provide weekly updates on your materials and overall project status.

Permits & Utilities
We handle all required permits and coordinate underground utility checks for you.

Pre-Construction Meeting
Before work begins, you’ll meet with your Project Manager, Foreman, and Sales Representative to align on details.

Construction Updates
Daily construction reports from the Foreman. Site visits from your Project Manager to monitor progress.

Project Completion
A final walkthrough ensures everything meets your expectations.

Warranty & Documentation
